The import and export feature is truly great for your productivity but to use it first you must know the right format for the importer. The best way to get the idea about the import format is to export your existing serial numbers. This will give you all the fields and also the right order of the fields. Remove the existing serials and insert your new one there. Finally, import them to add them in your serial numbers pool. You can also follow the image below to create your own CSV. Ignore the serial_image field as it is just a placeholder for now.
